Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.

Shipping cost

Tracked UK delivery costs £2.99 per order. The delivery cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing time: 1 to 2 days (Monday to Friday)
  
• Delivery time: 5 to 10 days (Monday to Friday)
  
• Total delivery time: 6 to 12 days (Monday to Friday)
  
• During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, delivery may take a few extra days. We will tell you if your order is affected.

Your order is shipped from our partner warehouses overseas. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Changing or cancelling your order

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. You can change or cancel your order free of charge until it has been dispatched: contact us as soon as possible at support@dashproof.co.uk. Once your order has been dispatched, you can still return it under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Lost or late parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 15 working days after dispatch, contact support@dashproof.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
