Small enough to disappear behind your rear-view mirror, the Pico records the road ahead in 2K (1296p) every time you drive.
Say a word to take a photo or lock a clip, and watch or download your footage on your phone with the free KAWA AUTO app over Wi-Fi. A 32 GB memory card is included.
It runs on a supercapacitor instead of a lithium battery, so it copes better with a hot car in summer and a freezing one in winter.

Small enough to forget it's there.
At 3.9 × 4.6 × 3.6 cm, the Pico tucks in behind your rear-view mirror, out of your line of sight and hard to spot from outside. It starts recording in 2K (1296p) as soon as you start the car.
To be straight with you: there's no screen. You aim it and watch your clips in the app.

02 · Voice control
Say it, and it's saved.
Something happens ahead? Say the command and the Pico locks the clip or takes a photo, without you taking your hands off the wheel. It understands English and French, among others.
Locked clips go into a separate emergency folder that loop recording can't overwrite.

03 · Supercapacitor
Made for a car left in the sun.
Instead of a lithium battery, the Pico uses a supercapacitor. It copes better with a car baking in summer or frozen in winter, and works from -20 °C to 65 °C.

Does it have a screen?
No, that's how it stays so small. You see the live view, aim it and replay clips on your phone with the free KAWA AUTO app, over the camera's own Wi-Fi. Stay within about 1.5 m of the camera for a stable connection.
How does voice control work?
Say a command to take a photo, lock the current video, turn audio recording on or off, or turn Wi-Fi on or off. It understands English, French, Russian and Japanese.
Will I be able to read number plates?
The camera records in 2K (1296p), more detail than Full HD, so in good conditions plates of the cars around you are readable. Distance, speed, heavy rain and direct glare all reduce detail, so no dash cam can promise every plate.
Is a memory card included?
Yes, a 32 GB microSD card is in the box. If you want more space, it takes Class 10 U3 cards up to 256 GB.
Why a supercapacitor instead of a battery?
A parked car can get very hot in summer. A supercapacitor handles heat and cold better than a lithium battery (the camera works from -20 °C to 65 °C) and lasts longer. It doesn't run the camera on its own, so the camera must stay plugged in.
Does it record when I'm parked?
Only with a USB-C hardwire kit (not included), which keeps it powered when the engine is off. It then records when it detects an impact, or in time-lapse. Pick a kit with a low-voltage cut-off so it can't drain your battery.
Does it have a rear camera?
No, it records the road ahead only.
Why does my phone lose internet when I use the app?
Your phone connects to the camera's own Wi-Fi to download clips, so it can't use that connection for the internet at the same time. Disconnect once your clips are saved.
Is a dash cam legal in the UK?
Yes. It must not block your view of the road, so fit it behind the rear-view mirror, and don't handle it while driving.
Will my insurer and the police accept the footage?
Footage can help support your insurance claim or a police report. Each insurer and police force decides how they use it.
