Will it fit my car?

Two views from one small unit.
The front camera records the road in 1080p with a 170° view, while a second lens watches the inside of the car in 720p, with infrared for night-time.
To be straight with you: this is a budget dash cam. The cabin camera is 720p, not Full HD.

Add the rear, and help when you reverse.
The 3-camera kit adds a 720p rear camera with a 150° view, on a 6 m cable. Wire it to your reversing light and the screen shows the view behind you with guide lines when you select reverse.

Your clips, on your phone.
Connect to the camera's Wi-Fi with the free WITCAM app to watch live, download and share your footage. If there's a collision, the G-sensor locks the clip so it can't be recorded over.

Which cameras do I get?
The standard kit has two cameras in one unit: a 1080p front camera and a 720p cabin camera. The 3-camera kit adds a separate 720p rear camera on a 6 m cable.
Do all the cameras record in Full HD?
No. The front camera records in 1080p (Full HD). The cabin and rear cameras record in 720p, so they show what happened with less detail than the front.
Where does the rear camera go?
With the 3-camera kit, above the number plate. Its 6 m cable runs into the car and along to the front.
Is a memory card included?
Yes. The front + cabin kit comes with a 32 GB card and the 3-camera kit with a 64 GB card. 64 GB is the largest card it takes.
How does the reversing view work?
With the 3-camera kit, connect the rear camera's red wire to your reversing light. When you select reverse, the screen switches to the rear view with guide lines. If you're not comfortable with car wiring, an auto electrician can do it.
Can I record my passengers?
In your own car, for personal use, yes. If you drive for work (taxi, private hire, deliveries), check your licensing authority's rules and tell passengers they're being recorded, for example with a sticker.
Does it record when I'm parked?
Only with the maker's own hardwire cable, which isn't included and isn't offered with this model. It keeps the camera powered with the engine off, so it can record when it detects movement or an impact. We recommend having it fitted by a professional.
Will it fit my car?
Yes if your vehicle has a 12V socket: cars, SUVs and vans. Use the charger in the box.
Why does my phone lose internet when I use the app?
Your phone connects to the camera's own Wi-Fi to download clips, so it can't use that connection for the internet at the same time. Disconnect once your clips are saved.
Is a dash cam legal in the UK?
Yes. It must not block your view of the road, so fit it behind the rear-view mirror, and don't handle it while driving.
Will my insurer and the police accept the footage?
Footage can help support your insurance claim or a police report. Each insurer and police force decides how they use it.
How long does delivery take, and what if it's not for me?
